Top Tip Tuesday Revisited - Reinking an ink pad

Top Tip Tuesday was a regular series of mine for a while, but I seem to have been distracted by all the pretty products I have to play with, but I have a Top Tip for you today about Reinking your Classic Ink Pads.

I don't know about you, but every now and again, my ink pads seem to suddenly run out of ink - they don't, I think it is just me puttin off reinking them!! It is actually really easy to reink your ink pads if you remember a few things.

Firstly, make sure you get your reinker before you need it, and certainly before the ink pad is retired. Do I need to remind you that ALL the 2016-2018 In Colours will be retiring at the end of May? Do I need to remind you that all products in In Colours may sell out before we get to the end of May? So, during Sale-a-Bration is the Perfect time to place an order for everything you love in the In Colours, that way you get FREE product too if you spend at least £45 before P&P.

So, back to the actual reinking, you may wish to watch the video above as it is a lot easier to show how to do this, than describe how to. But I will try; only add the ink to the pad a little at a time, you can deal with an over inked pad, but it is best not to have to. An old bone folder is perfect for spreading the ink through the pad, but be gentle and make sure that you don't have any sharp edges on your applicator. Check if the ink is well distributed by inking up a solid image and stamping.

That's it!

Remember that until 31st March, you will get FREE items for every £45 order (if you spend £90 you can either choose 2 Items, or 1 of the new Level 2 Items!!!).

Until the end of March I am running a FREE Prize Draw for UK residents.
