The Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes are a fantastic free item and I have made a few projects with them, this is the second I am sharing with you, and uses the Eclectic Expressions Stamps. These are so versatile.
For this card I used the 'solid' circle in a selection of colours, making sure a few were over the edge, which makes it all look more 'meant'. I added a cluster in the bottom right corner and then the 'Happy Birthday on a scrap of Whisper Wite. The whole thing is mounted on the Daffodil Delight base, then a Pool Party Mat.
Soft and pretty, quick and easy, and using FREE products! How is this not a perfect project?
