Blooms and Wishes that Spring is around the Corner SOON

I am beginning to wonder if Spring will ever come here. Just as we seem to be getting better weather, we seem to hit a cold snap again - and guess what - I am getting bored with it.

Time for a Spring inspiring card; bright, fun and easy - perfect. I grabbed an old favourite stamp set, Blooms and Wishes, some Spring Colours and made my own Patterned background. Add a sentiment and a bow, and it was pretty mush done.

My tips for this, covered in the video, are to start with the largest images and move to the smaller ones, but also make sure you stamp over the edge of the mat; it really does make it look more 'intended' that way.

I used a sentiment from the same set, punched it out with the Pretty Label punch and mounted it on another shape punched from the same punch, cut in half and stuck to the back of the sentiment. Add a bow to finish this happy, fresh project off. I think what makes this card for me is the Wild Washabi, it is much the freshest of the mid greens.
