Simplicity and Serenity

Yesterday I shared a project that had been inspired by the Demonstrator Exclusive quarterly magazine, Stampin' Success. Getting the new edition prompted my to have a look at some back-copies and I came across a sample using the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack. I think these great little stacks can get a little overshadowed by their more brazen 12 x 12 siblings, but they really can be perfect for a quick and easy project, and I think there is less temptation to just stroke the paper, rather than actually cut into it and use it.

So, much like yesterday's project, I thought I would not reinvent the wheel, but would just make a very few changes to the original and then make another version using different supplies, this time using the Sending Love papers and Sealed with Love Stamps, in another of my 'It isn't just for Valentine's' challenge to myself.

I am please with both projects and they both have their place on my list of useful cards to have in stock.

Simple cutting and sticking. It really can't get much more straightforward than that!

Both projects use the lovely Ribbon Combo from Sale-a-Bration. These are so useful as they are in both Whisper White (with silver) and Very Vanilla (with gold), so perfect for all your crafting needs. Remember that these are only available until the end of this month, assuming stocks last that long. So if you want yours, hop over to my online store now and place a Qualifying Order of £45 (plus P&P) before you miss out.
