Floral Statements meets Sheet Music. A Match Made in Heaven
I am sure I have said it before, but one of the really fun activities Demonstrators can take part in when they meet anywhere, is to Swap project ideas, and OnStage is one of those events.
Today's project is based on a swap I received from Jane Drake, unfortunately I have not managed to find any contact details for her that I can link here. Her card used different cardstock to mine, but it is clear that my card is CASEd from hers.
I used the Stamparatus,which will be available in the new Annual Catalogue, which goes live on 1 June 2018. I wanted to make sure that the black was VERY black, so using the Stamparatus allowed me to restamp a few times to ensure I got the look I was hoping for.
I used Watercolour Pencils and a Blender Pen to add the pop of colour I was looking for. As I had used Memento Tuxedo Black for my stamping, I made sure the ink was fully dry before using the Blender Pen as it can smudge a little if it is not really dry.
I hope you are finding this mini CASEing series interesting, I love taking ideas from other projects and changing them a lot or a little as the mood takes me!
