This is a case of one of the cards show in the Annual Catalogue. The Catalogue is a great source for getting ideas, so if you ever find you need to give your crafty juices a bit of help, just open any of the Catalogues and there is more inspiration than you could wish for. You can either do a pretty straight CASE, as with this example, or change a few more elements to make it more of an original idea.
