I have turned the flat Treat Bag into a Gusseted Bag, which is really easy to do (see the Dimensions below), added some Designer Series Paper and Vellum, a little bit of stamping, add a bow and some Sequin Trim and you are good to go.

Dimensions
Striped Treat Bag - remove the bottom flap, then fold in the sides at 3/4" of 2cm. Fold the bottom of the bag up at 1" or 2.5cm then cut up the side fold from the bottom to this fold line. See Video for further instructions.
