Inspire.Create.Challenge 006 - #245

Yay! I love an Inspire.Create.Challenge day, and that means today is a particularly great day.

Today is Fancy Fold Day, so here is the first shot of my Fancy Cold Card, or should that be cards? Because I have two for you, one Christmas and one not, but using a set that can be either.

The Real Red version is for a Birthday card for a very special man in my life, and I cut the individual panels of Designer Series Paper separately, but the Christmas Version I took the plunge and cut the DSP in one piece, which works because it is a lighter weight, but I think cutting individual panels is best if you are using our usual weight of paper.

I did have a little bit of an 'issue' with the video for this project, all my own making - note to self to make sure your camera has enough battery before you start filming!!

Dimensions (Imperial only for this one!)

Card Base - 5-3/4 x 12"

With the long edge at the top, score at 6", but don't burnish yet!

1-1/4" from each of the long edges, cut from 1-1/2" and 10-1/2"

Score the long edges of the 'frame' at 4" and 8"

Score the long edges of the centre panel at 1-1/2" and 10-1/2" (joining the cut lines), 3" and 9"
