You may know that a couple of weeks ago I was helping at an event in High Wycombe organised by the Stampin' Up! UK Offfice, which was an absolute blast, if hard work. As part of the Thank You I received was a stamp set that was just below the line on my Wish List, so did not quite make the cut. I really wanted it, but even I have a budget!! So imagine my delight when it arrived in the post. It is so pretty.
This is a really quite simple project if you take the plunge with Heat Embossing, once that is done, it is just colouring in, and because I used the Shimmery White Cardstock, I could use quite a lot of water without any risk of the card pilling or buckling.
I would really encourage you to give heat embossing a go. If you want to dip your toe in the water, as it were, contact me and I can give you some guidance, or if you are not too far away, then I could come over to you and run a party for you and your friends so you could all learn together over a drink or two (alcoholic or not, the choice is yours!!)
