This card uses one stamp set, two ink pads, an enamel shape, a punch and a short piece of ribbon, which could be changed out for a thin strip of cardstock if you don't have the ribbon.
The Sunshine Sayings stamp set has so many great words on it that can be mixed together to make all kinds of greetings, plus some that are already complete. Many of the words will fit into the Classic Label Punch, so really easy to use.
I like the combination of Peekaboo Peach and Pear Pizzazz, particularly in the Spring as they do zing nicely together. I stamped the Flower, Stem and Leaves at full strength and the scribble background at second generation, just to add a little 'something' to the general effect. An added bonus is that both colours of cardstock are available in a mixed pack, so you only have to buy one! Then just add the Whisper White and you are done.
I hope you like this quick and easy card. I have listed the supplies and dimensions below.

I LOVE simple. Very effective, too. Reminds me of the cards we made when I first started cardmaking ssssoooooo many years ago. They're still among my favorites.
ReplyDeleteThank you Lucy. I do enjoy the odd simple project too.
