Monday Morning Delight with the Global Design Project Challenge #078

It is another happy Monday at Old Stables Crafts HQ; it is Global Design Project Challenge time again, and you know how much I love these. So, time for the creative juices to start flowing. This week is a Sketch Challenge, with this sketch. The idea is to take this as the jumping off point for the challenge, rather than follow it exactly.
Although once I got going, I actually followed it pretty closely. My only real change was to use the circle as a hole so you can see some additional stamping on the inside of the card. As a cat lover, the images from the Pretty Kitty set were perfect, particularly once I had decided to go for the peek-a-boo hole, which of course meant that there was only one of the sentiments and one of the images to chose from.

I am really pleased how this turned out, and the sunny weather meant that picking up the bling from the Sale-a-Bration Glimmer Paper was really easy!

I hope you enjoy this project. Pop over to the Global Design Project website to see the other entries, just click on the sketch above to go straight there.

  1. Lovely card, very cute. I NEED to use this stamp set instead of "hoarding" it!!

    1. Thank you Audrey. I seem to have hoarded it a bit too, but this was a perfect moment to break it out and use it!
