Moroccan Hedgehogs - Really!!

I have been looking through more of the Annual Catalogue goodies again today, and found the, oh so cute, Love You Lots stamp set. This is one of the Hostess sets, so is always a bit special. My mind is also part on Valentine's day, so this seemed like a perfect set to grab.

As it happens, the card I made is not a Valentine card at all, but more of a Thank You for Being You card.

For a bit of variety I stamped it on Very Vanilla; I am not very good at remembering that this cardstock is as good for stamping on as the Whisper White, but I am really pleased with how it stamped. I coloured it in with the Stampin Write Markers, which work well on this cardstock. Having embraced the Very Vanilla, it really wasn't a great jump to pick the Moroccan Washi Tapes and Designer Series Paper and then a Delightful Dijon Card base; Washi tape is such an easy way to dress a card up a bit.

I cheated a little with the 'thought bubble' by using one of the cloud dies from the Up and Away Thinlits set, but it would be very easy to hand cut one.
